Celebrate all things coconut — from food to crafts — during the eighth annual Crucian Coconut Festival, hosted by St. Croix Farmers in Action. The weekend that showcases the versatility of the coconut kicks off with a fine arts exhibition curated by Lucien Downes opening at 7 p.m. on Friday evening. The festival itself begins on Saturday at the Bethlehem Sugar Factory Site with live entertainment, fun activities and coconut demonstrations.
