Host Carmen McAlpin-Clarke offers an authentic experience focused on Crucian culture and cooking. Learn how to catch, clean and cook land crabs using local seasonings. Eat Crucian food, dance, sample local drinks, and learn to say a few Crucian words. End the evening with a fruity dessert. The season runs from March to December.
