Please note: The Port Authority charges a port fee of $3.00 for cars, SUV’s and motorcycles, and $6 for trucks, vans and large SUV’s. The 25-minute ride operates on the hour until 6:15 pm.
Travel between St. Thomas and St. Croix
The Royal Miss Belmar travels between St. Thomas and St. Croix Thursday through Tuesday. The 90-minute Fast Ferry service accommodates 300 passengers and offers a scenic ride in comfortable surroundings. By Ferry: Visitors can travel hassle-free between the islands by public ferry.
From Red Hook: Rates: Hourly service between St. Thomas and St. John is available on a 15-minute ferry ride from Red Hook on the east end of St. Thomas into Cruz Bay, St. John. One way, $6.00/Adults and $1.00/Children ages 2-11. Seniors are $1.50. Please note: There is a charge of $2.00 per piece for luggage/boxes.
From Charlotte Amalie: Rates: From downtown Charlotte Amalie (45-minute ride), the ferry offers six daily trips to and from St. John.
From STT: 10:00am; 1:00pm; and 5:30pm
From STJ: 8:45am; 11:15am; and 3:45pm
One way, $12.00/Adults and $3.50/Children ages 2-11. Seniors are $6.00 (VI Residents only, 62 years and up, proof of age must be shown). Please note: There is a charge of $2.50 per piece for luggage/boxes.
